      Customers must provide accurate and complete information about their vehicle to receive an honest and fair quote.
   2. Payment and Inspection:
      Payment will be made after a physical inspection of the vehicle has been completed and both parties agree on the final offer.
   3. Personal Belongings:
      Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to pick-up or sale.
   4. Right to Refuse Service:
      Cash for Car BC reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or vehicle that does not meet our purchase criteria.
   5. Final Sale:
      All transactions are final once payment is made and the vehicle is collected by Cash for Car BC.
   6. Identification Requirements:
      Customers must present valid government-issued identification during the vehicle handover and payment process.
   7. Clear Title:
      Vehicles must have a clear, transferable title and be free of any liens or outstanding loans to be eligible for sale.
   8. Transfer of Ownership:
      By accepting payment, customers confirm that all rights, title, and ownership of the vehicle are transferred to Cash for Car BC.
   9. Acceptance of Terms:
      By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
